rules are found in front portion of this book.

Class exhibits are open to
Jefferson
County and adjoining residents as space permits.
3.
All work
must be original and may not have been exhibited at a previous
Jefferson County Fair in junior, open, or senior class.
4.
Work
must have been completed within the past two years.
5.
Commercial kits may not be used.
