placement if the rules are not followed:
a.
Artwork
must be ready to hang on fair bulletin boards. Hundreds
of framed artworks are entered for display. Artwork must have a
heavy string or wire loop attached securely that will be strong
enough to support the artwork submitted. This should be done
prior to judging (if it hangs at home, it will probably be good
for fair). There will be string and tape available at tables
before entering the judging area, but this may not be suitable
for hanging all artworks. Once work has been judged, if the
hanging device does not hold up, there will be a lowering of
premiums.
b.
String &
Tape are not acceptable in many cases. Pop tabs, paper clips,
with hot glue are not acceptable. Push-in hangers on foam board
pull out too easily to hang artwork on fair bulletin boards.

the items. Framed artwork tags should hang on the FRONT LEFT.
Each work will be lowered one level if superintendents need to
move the tag to correct area.

Pictures
that are 'wet and tacky' will not be accepted.
4.

entry tag on upper right hand corner on the back of the picture

upper left corner to save damage to the front of the picture.

could be (but not limited to): pencil, pen and ink or fine point
